Return Policy:

All returns/exchanges require receipt.
Within 7 days of purchase and must be in the ORIGINAL/Resaleable condition.

NO Return/Exchange items:
Wigs, Ponytails, Buns, Closures, Jewelry, Cosmetic, Shoes, Hair & Skin products (Chemical)
All items marked FINAL.

Clothes can only be exchanged to different sizes within 2 days.

Beauticians and Barbers can get10% discount. Please show us your current cosmetology license.
